I just got home from a good evening. I drove down to Ripley for St Michael Fish Fest, the first Ive been to since I left town 20 years ago. No doubt I worked the last one I was at, too. I then went to an old friends house to visit and catch up with her, stopped at another friends to pay my K of C dues, which I havent been able to afford the last few years even when I was married. Then I went to the Sunset, and was able to buy 4 beautiful young ladies a round of drinks. I havent been able to afford to do that since the old days at Snappers with my brother Dan, Nat Peters, and assorted troublemakers buying round after round. I feel better days right around the corner. I hope to spend some time in Ripley this summer catching up with old friends and making new ones.
