I just got off of the phone with the governors office. Spoke with one of his aides. I asked him why no one at the DEP noticed that no one was testing our water. Why they didnt notice that there had been NO quarterly reports (should have at least two by now). Why *I* had to do their job and bring this to someones attention. And most importantly, why NOT ONE WORD has been uttered by the governor regarding this mine and their multiple violations. He said, basically, that the governor has people who keep him apprised of the situation. I said, Well, Im one of his people and right now I do not feel well represented or even noticed by the governor.
