I just got off the phone with Verizon and they informed me that I do not have insurance on my phone!!! My head almost EXPLODED! I told them I paid over $100 up front at the Verizon store in Sunnyside for some special ass insurance that the sales person highly recommended but now the stupid store isnt there anymore! They will either fix this or I will be taking my business elsewhere! I have been a customer there for a VERRRRY long time and after today I am not so sure anymore! Uggggg!
