I just got treated like a stupid customer by a TWC tech support dude, just like I was quick to do with frustrating stupid users at Dell. Then he totally schooled me with this line. You mean to tell me that after 6 months of your internet connection dropping multiple times an hour, you never even once thought to take it to the local TWC store and get them to replace it? It was as teeming with as much sarcasm as you could imagine. I laughed really hard and apologized for being an idiot. I really didnt expect TWC to put me in my place. :(
