I just had a KOOL Case. Client comes in Complaining of little bit of back pain. I keep staring at his neck as its screaming at me. In SLS his Left foot Supinates. BUT In OHS his Left Foot Drops In and causes pain in right Knee. Has had a few Avulsion fractures in Ankle. Decompressed ankle but not much of a problem. Checked Bones in feet and no change. Since leg fell in Looked at Adductors. All Inhibited as was the lateral subsystem. Found Glute Med to turn everything back on. Retest Goes weak! Touch your Hyoid on Left I ask. Everything comes back in a LOCK. His Hyoid was shifted to the left and Right side was pulled down! Went back to SLS. He was wobbly. Had him hold Hyoid and Solid Lock!! Knee/foot did not Drop in in OHS!! He said "I FEEL Stable when I hold it! And I am breathing effortlessly" Homework Release the Hyoid! :)
