I just had a conversation with a woman who eats a strict daily diet of 1,500 calories, trains for 2 hours a day, & will not eat fruit at all out of fear that they will make her fat...& she claims I have an eating disorder because I dont eat animal products. Does anyone else see the irony here? LOL. I guess eating so little, training so much, & not getting the proper nutrients has made her cray cray.
