I just had a great idea for an Athens restauranteur: someone should definitely open a Pit of Hell BBQ in Athens, in eternal dishonor of Paul Broun. Every BBQ joint has to have a secret to their BBQ--this ones would be, We lie the meat straight over the fire in our pit... hence Lies Straight, From The Pit of Hell.
