I just had a heart to heart talk with one long haired yellow cat that lives a very sweet life in my house. This morning I discovered that we had a visitor during the night - A MOUSE- yes a MOUSE! As she swandered up to her food bowl I told her most cats hunt and kill for their afternoon snack - she looked at me- turned and walked away- I followed her and informed her that her attitude was not appreciated and that the amount I was going to spend on Decon and traps would directly come out of her food budget. At this point she is showing no signs of caring as she lays licking herself on my couch. We will see how this all plays out but I am getting ready to head to the store to eradicate the critter myself- no waiting around for a lazy yellow cat to spring into action.
