~ I just had a serious light bulb moment. My heart is racing and Im trying to figure out how to put it into words (apologies in advance for any typos that I dont catch). The overwhelming outpouring of love from the photo I posted yesterday of my transformation made me cry, but it also made me think. Where was this love BEFORE I really dedicated myself to a consistent lifestyle change? Youve probably seen previous posts from me about my lack of support when I first started my journey. I was a self-motivator. Why does support come AFTER someone is well on their way to success? PEOPLE, LETS EMPOWER EACH OTHER! If you see someone struggling, with life, with fitness, with finances, with relationships, with his/her self-esteem, REACH OUT and HELP him/her. Im not saying give them the answers, but SUPPORT them. I want to GIVE myself to you. I am a humble servant here to help YOU! Team Beachbody has enlightened me to that and I am so thankful! Im here to give you my hand, but you have to be willing to reach for me too! I will NEVER doubt you. I may ask you why but only because I need to know you want to be helped and I need to learn how.
