I just had about 30 xrays of my shunt and catheters (not even joking.. like 30).. lots of blood work done. They are going to stick a needle in my head and get spinal fluid from the hole there, rather than a lumbar puncture. Im not sure whether to be relieved or cry there. Im going to try to get them to do an MRI. Im not sure whether or not the issue is my shunt or my chiari. Im wondering if my pressure didnt get so high that it blew my patch out after he removed my lp shunt, before my vp shunt was put in. I know i woke up with a lot of fluid on the right side of my head. But I dont remember the back of my head. I just know that my pseudo is obviously bigger than normal right now. My head has fluid on the back of it. I wonder if that is why Im sick. The neck pain, back of head pain, and nausea/vomiting. . All are the issues I had with it. That I have not had since my shunts have been helping my pseudo. Idk.. I just know that the back of my head hasnt been this swollen in almost 2 years
