I just had an amazing woman, who lost over 70 pounds, tell me she left coaching because her coach put way to much pressure on her to sell. This woman COULD be inspiring thousands and was instead reduced to a dollar sign. I get this all the time and it frustrates me to no end. When I meet someone that has accomplished that much, I consider it an honor to GET to work with them. COACHES: Seriously if you forget that you are here to help people, to approach each day with a heart of service, to teach and encourage others, and to heal the people around you, YOU WILL FAIL. Every SUCCESSFUL Coach knows this to be true. Every time you meet someone make sure you are asking yourself How can I help them? NOT How can they help me?. Its not just your responsibly as a coach, but as a human.
