I just had my PMS at a certain reputable Mitsubishi casa. And Im a bit dissatisfied regarding the service: I just want to share my experience and I just want to ask: 1) while having PMS in casa, when you talk to your SA what are the normal procedures? Do they give you a breakdown/itemized cost of the work they will do to your car? with my recent experience I ask them what are the items that they will do to my car, they pointed me to the page in the warranty booklet where the PMS checklist is . fine.. then I ask them if they can give me an estimate/breakdown of what and how much will I pay.. then they just showed a calculator(showing 6k++) and with an estimate amount(they said that it will be given to me when I will get my car). I left the dealership and I told them that I will just get my car the next day since its coding. They just gave me the checklist paper and told me to just bring that if I’ll get my car. in my experience with Toyota and Hyundai they always give us an estimate of what is going to be done. 2) here is the situation earlier this morning when I went there to pick up my car. They told me yesterday that I’ll be paying around 6k++ then when I saw the billing.. its 7k++, there is a charge of Php 288/piece for bolts(2 pcs so Php 576) and php155(I think)/piece nut (2 pcs also so php 310).. plus vat so its more or less Php 1,000.00 then they told me that they had to replace 2 bolt and nuts because they have to do the tire rotation and that 2 bolts and nuts are stuck and the only way to loosen it up is to force it, hence it was broken. The SA is saying that they really charge it to the client it is because of wear and tear. 1st they didn’t inform me a.. a bolt & nut being broken in a simple changing of tires is a rare occasion since the car is just 1 year old. 2nd they are the casa, their tools and skills SHOULD NOT result to the bolts and nuts of my car being broken unless they are not being careful I paid it because I have to leave already. But I talked to their customer service(CS) before I left. As per the CS. the service manager is not around to approve or make a decision regarding the matter. But with previous experience they really charge it to the client but they admit that there is a laps in their procedure regarding my situation because they did not inform me before hand. 3) and they didn’t return any replacement parts they replace or use in my vehicle. 4) I know its just there extra part of their service.. but my car is just dirty when I got it, the guard is saying that it was washed but because they parked it outside and all, so it got dirty again. But with speed water marks at the fender gutter area, and with greases in the other parts of the car I don’t think that they cleaned it at all.
