I just had some heated fellowship with someone about our power as Christians. Man!!! Why do Christians have to be little sissies, bending over and taking whatever the devil dishes out. Wheres the power!?!? I refuse to have the Christian slave mentality. Telling the devil, yes massa, and letting him have his way while I take it in the name of suffering. Wheres the power!?!? What happened to binding, loosing, rebuking, and speaking to the mountain and telling it to be removed. What happened to us being over principalities??? What happened to having the power to trample over serpents, and scorpions, and all the power of the enemy. Thats why ppl dont want to be Christians, bunch of wimps. Were we punks in the world!?!? So, why when we become Christians, we all of a sudden become super passive??? Pastor Lafayette White if youre reading this, Job came up. SMH. Than you for his one. This person and I talked about Jobs statement. I explained that that was truly stated, but it was NOT a statement of truth, because he had no revelation of the devil. But, by chapter 40 Job realized that he was getting what he spoke. Im just venting guys. If we say nothing to the devil and these spirits, then no one would be delivered or set free. No, demons would be cast out. But, were a sufferin though. No power, but a sufferin. At what point do we do what JESUS does and speak to some stuff. The Word of God said that it MUST obey. Not, it might, or it should obey. When do we open our mouths, and stop being Christian punks!?!? Sorry if this offended anyone. Like I said...Im just venting.
