I just had the sweetest random act of kindness done for me.....I had to go to the mall in somewhat of a cloudburst. I went to Verizonwireless to have them transfer some things to my new phone and they told me it would take a little time, therefore I went to get lunch at The Italian Oven. When I attempted to pay my bill, the waitress told me that a gentleman had already taken care of it....he wanted to remain anonymous. I teared up and asked her to tell him thank you and that it especially touched me because this is what I have been asking others to do for my son, David, as random acts of kindness are what he did his entire life. I asked her to tell the gentleman that my son recently passed and that he was a 25 year Navy Veteran, a SEAL that sacrificed his life for his country and it being the day before Mothers Day, it has really touched my heart. David is smiling
