I just had to share these. I felt like I was on an episode of American pickers today. I drove by this house several times and was unable to find it. Reason being, because I thought it was an old abandoned house. Needless to say, a man did live here and was getting phone,internet, and cable. These pictures dont do it justice. To put it into perspective for you the garage was filled with mostly cardboard boxes and anti freeze jugs. The school bus along with many semi truck trailers were scattered along 30 acres, they too were stuffed full. The back porch was falling in and supported by an old bottle jack and cement block. The scaffold on the front of the house appear to have been there for many years. There was no running water here. A very socially awkward man answered the door. By this point I was a little uneasy, but at the same time intrigued by this place. I began small talk with him during the installation. Come to find out he has lived in this place his entire life. Im sure everyone in the town talks poorly of him, and judges him. He actually was a very nice man, and I enjoyed talking with him. I guess Im a bit strange but I found this kind of neat and thought Id share.
