I just have to say something , I was in town yesterday shopping at Owens South (my store !) when leaving I looked over to the right at the little apartment complex over that way. I seen the absolute coolest thing. Some of the residents were gathered together at one end under some shade trees talking ! Would it be awesome if all neighborhoods done this ?? Placed a few picnic tables at the ends of cul-de-sacs(spelling?) where they could gather and just sit and talk in person ?
