I just heard a rumor and it concerned Mike DeBord.. No not as the new HC... Hackett gave him control of the football program the other day. It was Mike that told all of Hokes staff to clean out their offices. Now it seems he has Hacketts ear and has been asked for input on who might be the new HC... Seems he offered 1 name... Ill wait until tomorrow while j look at the name offered and see if anyone else picks up on this name. The was a NFL Asst coach and Head coach and is a current HC at a Big west coast college... I think Ive seen his name tossed out by a few people here, but that whos name hasnt been tossed out... But if you are a big UofM fan and have followed their ex coaches and players , this guy as worked with both.. He has a ex UofM player on his college staff right now.. So Ill wait until tomorrow to see if I see any articles or blog reports on this guy and The UofM... But if you want to work on finding the name, take a look at Mike DeBords jobs after Michigan and then look where ex players are coaching now, and who their HCs are. Add the 2 connections and you should be able to figure it out. Me, Ill wait till tomorrow and see if it appears anywhere. 😉
