I just learned from Volunteer Lawyers for Justice who are helping with Sandy recovery issues about two new programs that may be of help to those seeking to recover from Super Storm Sandy. They are as follows: Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) Homeowners rebuilding Program. The other is the Tenant-based Rental Assistance Program from the Department of Community Affairs (DCA).
