I just learned that Sierra Leones lead Ebola doctor, Dr. Sheik Umar Khan, has died of the disease. Please pray for his family. A Liberian American, Patrick Sawyer, who worked for the Liberian Ministry of Finance died in Nigeria over the weekend. He was planning to come visit his wife and 3 daughters in Minnesota in mid-August for his daughters birthday. Pray for them. Two American health care workers who worked at a missionary hospital in Liberia are now sick, and the condition of one of those is described as grim. Her husband is also a missionary at that mission. Keep their families close to your heart. This is a sad time for West Africa.
