I just listened to Bruce Allens State of the Franchise press conference. What an absolute joke. I have always prided myself as a hometown fan since moving here in 1972. But after hearing that press conference and spin, I can no longer root for or support this team. I feel sorry for former Redskins like the Hogs, Art Monk, Gary Clark, Monte Coleman, Darrell Green, etc. What must they be thinking about the current status of this once proud franchise? Thanks to Brian Mitchell, Doc Walker and Chris Cooley for being able to express their feelings and opinions about the current management structure in public forums. No one in their right mind, players, coaches, scouts, management, would want to join this franchise right now. There is absolutely no hope for the future of this team. Thank goodness the playoffs are here so there will be good teams to watch all weekend. I am not looking for a bunch of likes or support, but I just had to express my frustration and this is more practical than throwing my laptop through the office window.
