I just listened to a DVD copy of a 1992 release of an album of music from the early 20th Century. The albums called Living With Music...and the first song on it is Black and Blue, sung by Louis Arrnstrong...So many great old songs on here...For fun lyrics...Harvard Blues is probably my favorite. The last song is actually a recorded Ralph Ellison narrative or lecture called Hidden Name and Complex Fate. Ralph Ellison wrote the book The Invisible Man...In trying to find that recorded lecture/narrative of Ralph Ellisons on the internet for free...I found this nice history lesson. I would be sharing that recorded lecture instead, because it is worth listening to. But it aint available for free on the internet.
