I just made Flourless Chocolate Waffles. I used our Chocolate Cake Mix, Added 2 1/2 cups warm water, let it set 20 minutes after lightly stirring. Mix 5 minutes in mixer or 7 by hand. Added 6 eggs and 1/2 cup oil, stir to incorporate. Make sure you iron is heated well and greased. They are softer that a typical waffle but I just started at one end and rolled them right out. I liked them that way but the experimenter in me decided to try putting the mixture in the blender for 1 minute to emulify it even farther - and an easy way to pour into the iron. Not sure I thought they were better however easy to control in pouring into the iron.
