I just made a call to customer service of Experian, the credit report company. I talked to someone in the Philippines! I started talking in Tagalog . He said they are not allowed to speak in other languages other than English. I asked him where he was in the Phil but could not tell me per company policy. I told him Im proud of the job they are doing. Ive had several experiences of customer service calls answered in the land of my birth. So far I never had any bad experience.
