I just noticed I lost a couple of followers this morning. I am unsure why people leave the page, but am hoping its not because of sharing a French macaron recipe.. but who knows? I must say that we should be real, meaning that every once in a while, we can both indulge in things that are not 100% Paleo and still live a healthy life. Those things can include sometimes refined sugar for some of us, a glass of red wine, possibly not exercising as we should or exercising too much (is Cross-fit really all that healthy? for example), or a variety of other factors. WE EAT SUPER CLEAN - PALEO - AT HOME 100% OF THE TIME. I make sure our food is properly sourced (within my own budget constraints and sourcing possibilities) and properly prepared. But when we travel or just simply go out for a nice lunch or dinner, there are limitations to what we can control. Not everything on our plate will be Paleo and Im okay with that. I eat around it and choose what I think is best for me. I also sometimes, although now-a-days very INFREQUENTLY indulge in MAKING French macarons. I find them a challenge and I love to challenge myself. For me, they are like creating a work of art. I have left all of the original recipes on my blog and have also done so because this shows that a transition into a Paleo/Primal lifestyle doesnt have to be slow or hard. Its completely achievable! Everything I do on the blog and this page, I do to inform and share with others, so that you can follow this lifestyle in an easier manner. I hope that my blog and my recipes will continue to inspire you to cook and eat in a healthy way. And none of us are perfect.. so I may make mistakes now and then as well..... HOWEVER: I would love to know why people are here, following or why people leave?
