I just now finished 1 ¾ hours of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio & a full body workout with free weights & cable crossover weights. I’ve had some messages lately asking me what’s HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio all about. Of which tonight I have linked below, follow the information exactly on the video & you will burn 1 lbs of fat or more per week alone. Simply by doing the row machine, elliptical, treadmill, stair climber, Jacobs ladder, or spin bike. It’s whichever best suits your needs that you can do, but do not re-invent the wheel of a proven workout method to burn fat. You will burn calories throughout the day & night of which will feel like you’re having hot flashes because this method increases your metabolism just like with LISS ( Low Intensity Steady State) Cardio. Both methods are similar, it’s what exercise fits your level rather you’re a beginner to advanced. Follow a very strict healthy nutritional plan & you will burn even more. “Meaning a person as myself that has lost 367 lbs & is a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritional Consultant & knows what he’s talking about. That if you cut the crap out of your life that got you unhealthy to begin with & live a no excuse mentality that you will shed the weight in no time if you exercise as well!” Nutrition & Fitness is hand in hand, you cannot do one without the other, it will always be both! So stop expecting to eat crap & see results because it will never happen. “It does not take a PHD to realize that you CANNOT out exercise a bad daily diet.” If you think you can, you will be the wealthiest man/woman of this earth selling your beachfront property in Arizona! Those TV ads with take this pill, eat what you want & still lose all your weight are pure scams, their only bottom line is your wallet! “So it’s time to wake up America & smell the coffee!” I personally have worked with people that I’ve trained that have lost 70 lbs in 6 months with this method. What you’re doing now is totally up to you, but it’s worth a try. If you missed the LISS ( Low Intensity Steady State) Cardio link from the other night, I’ve included it here to make it easier for you to review: youtube/watch?v=PJt9tpdpjvk If you need my help, Who are you gonna call? Just do it... !!!!!!!WHATEVER IT TAKES YOU GOT TO BRING IT!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
