I just now read the expressions under the head as Jihad ani Gandhincha Satyagraha by Shri. Arvinda Vitthal Kulkarni on the post of Shri. Ravindra Khadapekar. I also expressed something thereon but to elaborate the expressions, I again decided to post here. Whatever is expressed by Shri. Arvinda Vitthal Kulkarni is mostly related to the period of prior independence and there is nothing new in this in old days but the very unfortunate thing is not the concepts, acts, behaviors are not seems to be still clarified even after the independence though that is very much cleared in our Nyaya Shastra, Kautiliya Arthashastram and other literature about the principle of Nyaya. The difficulty to us that though there are such principles written by our Nyayashashri, are we going to accept the same or ready to follow strictly, irrespective of any case, race, religion etc. or we want to implement / execute the same conveniently keeping in the mind of our selfishness and here we decided to accept the next concept and followed our Golden Principles for our selfishness. This is the first and fundamental step of demoralizing the concept of law in the country of Arya Chanakya, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Ramshashri Prabune hence people are loosing the faith in our system. If anyone wants to clarify the exact meaning behind this behavior then we have to go through the philosophy which has influenced them. The important steps are very much cleared in Jurisprudence and Criminology, both are very material and important to find out the motive behind this while deciding the nature of role and punishment. But in our so called secular country, we unfortunately ignore this scientific system of giving justice to the victims by punishing criminals, crimes and follow the imaginary method of satisfying the criminal at the heavy cost of victims. Is it our conduct is supporting the interest of society or our legal system? (I want to express my thoughts in detail on this issue sometime in detail though it is complicated as related to all segments of our society and we hardly want to point out the truthful and correct position, keeping in the mind our possible losses calculating the benefits.)
