I just peeked outside to look at the sky and I surely do not like what I see. This reminds me of the sleet/snow that came in the first part of February 1973. I worked at the radio station in Tabor City, WTAB. I had a Plymouth Valiant. My dad and I got a heavy duty feed sack and shoveled dirt into it and put it in the trunk of my car so we would have traction because I HAD to go to work. We lived in the JAM which is about 8 miles from town. Once we got in the ruts of the road we were ok. Now that was some cold weather. Then, we had to shovel the path to the road from our house because it sat back from the road a little. That was not fun either. I said all this to say to you people who want snow, you are crazy. If the electricity goes off, what are you going to do if you do not have a generator. Think of all the elderly who live alone. It is so selfish to want to see this kind of weather. If you want to see snow, get the encyclopedia and look it up. I am sure there is a picture of snow in there.
