I just pulled the MLS Statistics for Trademark Real Estate and the amount of business that we do in Malvern, Bismarck, and Magnet Cove (Hot Spring County).... Since January of 2014 we are ranked number one in sales for these areas within CARMLS. We use a great title company in Malvern to close most all of these properties, McClure Title. We are proud to support the housing economy in these areas, local businesses in these areas, and have some fantastic agents that live and work exclusively in Hot Spring County. We know the importance of homeownership and the benefits that it gives back to the community!
