I just read a Facebook comment (multiple comments, actually) written by someone from my hometown (I state this only to show how relatively small the degree of separation is) who firmly believes that anyone who follows Islam or supports Islam (support to him means those who dont despise it) is guilty of treason and should be deported, at best. What hed rather have, is them prosecuted for treason. Im fully aware that we will never get rid of hate or ignorance entirely and I realize that type of nastiness comes from all sides, not just those who believe differently or were raised differently than you. However, his stance completely boggles my mind. That type of mindset lead to happenings such as the Inquisition & the Holocaust. That type of mindset does nothing but breed hate. Hate begets hate.
