I just read a post in a group of one of my networking companies and I have a new found strong opinion on the subject at hand... So the post was aimed at those who aim to side recruit, meaning, recruiting people on your team that is not in your own personal down line. Even though in some ways, its unethical, my opinion is that if you see a brother or sister struggling, why not reach out a helping hand? I mean, if the person is obviously doing ok, I believe you should leave them alone. However, if they cant make a buck and theyre busting their ass and their upline aint helping, why not help em out? I really wish somebody would have helped me sooner. I love that company, but I struggled... big time and NOBODY was willing to help me. I had to seek it out on my own. Moral is: If you dont want your down line to stray, then HELP THEM! Because I had to look else where for an oppurtunity that was easy for me to make money in and I feel blessed beyond words.
