I just read a post that said how can u be a good mother if ur not a stay at home mother first off let me start off by saying there is NOTHING wrong with being a stay at home mother. HOWEVER, to even assume that because a mother works, educates herself, or even has some alone time (here or there, and Im not talking about turning up every weekend) makes them a bad mother u are sadly mistaken. Excuse me for not being on welfare and working to support my son, excuse me for going to school to educate myself to give my son a better life, excuse all the single mothers with deAdbeat fathers for their kids. I spend time with my son, and I value our time together, every minute of it. My son has NEVER been to a daycare and 99% of the time is home with either myself or his dad. And the best part about it is children leArn a bit of independence knowing that when mom leaves that she ALWAYS comes back. But excuse my rant, I just needed to get that off my chest.
