I just realized I have not posted on kaidy in awhile. we are +7 days since transplant, and she has officially bottomed out with all of her blood counts. she is currently receiving morphine around the clock, her mouth is covered in sores and she has thrush. we were put on oxygen tonight as a precaution because morphine can depress your lungs. she slept all day today and will probably do so the next couple. apparently this is normal. she is also running a high fever due to the chemo and transplant. she will be monitored and kept comfy till her counts start to recover.
