I just realized there is only 4 girls from Milford playing NCAA Volleyball and that is Caitlin Prete (Albertus Magnus College), Alyssa Puccilli (Albertus Magnus College), Caitlin Stapleton (Fairfield University) and Lee Hunt (Wheaton College). Club and Intramural Is Not NCAA Volleyball. Captain Caitlin Prete finishes her Sophmore 2014 Volleyball Season with Albertus Magnus College with 180 Kills, 258 Digs, and 18 aces on serve missing only two serves the whole season with a much tougher GNAC schedule this year. She also won her second GNAC All-Tournament MVP at Purchase University in New York in her last two seasons along with already having won the GNAC All Sportsmanship Team Award in her freshman year ending that season with 130 kills, 238 digs , and 31 aces to lead the team. She also ended up in the top 10 in the GNAC overall. Academically, she made the Deans honor list for her 3rd time in 3 semesters at Albertus with an A average as an Accounting Major and continues as a Math Tutor for the school. In the 3rd semester (fall semester in her sophomore year) she finished with a perfect 4.00 GPA. Caitlin has also been asked back in her summer of 2015 to continue her internship, as a sophmore, with Marcum Accounting of New Haven. She will be working with her crossfit instructor along with continuing her one on one instruction with Coach Ryan at Ct. Jrs. of Woodbridge through the spring and summer in preparation for her fall volleyball season in 2015. Still up in the air whether shell be with Albertus Magnus or Quinnipiac (where shes been accepted). She is also Coaching at Ct. Jrs. Volleyball in Woodbridge. -Great Job Caitlin!
