I just received an update from Cover Oregon this afternoon, and wanted to share it with you. The online application is experiencing some bugs, and won’t be fully functional tomorrow—we will be able to access the site and begin applications for clients, but we won’t be able to finish enrolling them in coverage until later in the month. We do have some paper applications if people are really eager to get signed up, but it will likely still be faster for them to wait a week or two and then apply online. In light of this, White Bird is going to be focusing on more outreach and education for the first half of October; we will step up our actual enrollment efforts once the online application is fully functional.
