I just received the following. This is the explanation sheet of the choices the UTPA student body Is voting on. Couple of notes...1. Broncs not an option (although the SGA president says it is an option) 2. There are ELEVEN names on this list, the one not previously announced is GreenJays. A name I like...but why wasnt this announced before? Why cant students vote for None of the Above? Or have a write in? or have Broncs as an option? Those are my questions and questions students should be asking!! Mascot Please vote for your favorite option for the UTRGV mascot: Explanation as to why these choices were selected are below the respective options. Graphics will be generated once a decision has been made on the mascot for UTRGV. Final decision for mascot will be heavily based on the results of this survey. Percentages will be combined with the results gathered from this same survey at UTB.
