I just received the incredible news that one of Arlingtons finest citizens, and one of the men I most admire, David M Foster will run for the House of Delegates District 48 seat being vacated by Bob Brink. David better than anyone can represent the interests of Arlington and Fairfax voters by working within the majority party while representing a Democratic leaning district. David is known for his ability to work across the aisle when he served admirably on the Arlington School Board where he won reelection in an overwhelmingly Democratic County with bipartisan support and was elected by his peers to serve twice as Chairman. He was later appointed by the Governor to the State Board of Education, where he likewise served as Chair. Arlingtons voice will carry a great deal more influence in the House of Delegates chamber with David as our representative and Im thrilled hes again offering to serve his community!
