I just saw a commercial for some new show that Bam Margera has coming out, and I found myself once again wondering the same thing I wonder every time I see the kid in a movie or a TV show: Is it just him, or does *everyone* from the West Chester, PA area sound like an Australian doing his best impression of a Philly accent? Ive heard the kids parents April (or as he pronounces it, Aye-preel) and Phil (Feee-yul) speak, and its not nearly as grating as when he speaks, but Ive gotta wonder....anyone from that area/know people from that area? Is that awful, awful accent endemic to the greater West Chester area, or is it just the sound of Bam Margeras voice that makes me want to eat a box of rat poison and shoot myself in the head as I jump off of the nearest bridge?
