I just saw a picture on fb that made me sick to my stomach really choked up gagging all the pain and suffering we humans put animals/pets through. If you dont care about another life and pain and suffering what are you? What kind of screwed up sick person does not get effected by pain and suffering? If a person has no compassion or emotion than you know they are hurting and abusing people, children, they are the ones that committ crimes. ****** On another rant what kind of sick , disgusting, heartless person leaves a pet chained up outside to suffer mentally and physically and often to die? And why??? do we let that happen????? Yes we do let it happen because we do not speak up and speak out about it. Many make no effort at all and some make one phone call to authorities and feel they did something their conscience is clear. Guess what thats not enough! Sadly because there are no real animal protection laws in New York it takes many many calls to every law enforcement and town agency involved and follow up. You should also email your town, county, and state government voice the complaint, send pictures of your neighbors dog chained to a tree, starving, neglected with little to no shelter. There are bills and laws in NY and many other states that we try to get passed but it never happens because we dont push for and support them. Big business , national organizations that support puppy mills and mass inhumane breeding and slaughtering of farm animals stop the laws from happening. Who supports them? We do we buy the products that give them the money to prevent animal protection laws from being put in place. Think about it - we/you have the power for change. Stop buying and supporting for convience, start thinking about the big picture. We really are their voice. Im one little person in my town but I refuse to just do nothing and what Ive done added up, it meant something.
