I just saw a post and a reply that just irks me...the initial post because of the lack of customer service, and the reply because of the stupidity in the place of blame. A friend of mine went to a bank to break a $20 bill, and they refused because she didnt have an account. That is just Stupid of the institution.....but one of the replys, by a college educated person no less, was one word: Obama. Like Mr. Obama has control of every banking institutions decisions on Customer service. Ridiculous!!!!!
