I just saw a supposed rescue property for horses and dogs, it was so gross and depressing. The horses were standing in feet of shit and hadnt been groomed in who knows how long and the dog kennels were filthy. All this could be seen from the road. This is happening all over the county in the name of no kill. Why is it better to torture animals to death than to euthanize them? Why is it OK for them to be housed like this? Is a home and a life filled with injury, sickness and misstreatment better than a humane death as long as its a home? Im am opposed to no kill because it does nothing to ease the suffering of animals in pain and creates an environment where animal welfare laws arent being enforced because any home is better than a humane end to no kill crazies.
