I just saw the cardiologist who worked on me and the news is much better than what I was told last night. It was only the one artery, the rest of my heart looks good. No scaring or other blockages or narrowing in any of the other arteries. I will be seeing him regularly for the next 3 weeks. I will be on blood thinners for at least a year, low dose aspirin for the rest of my life, and a low dose beta blocker twice a day forever instead of just when fighting. But he expects a full recovery, and was even a bit intrigued when I showed him a picture of me in my armor. :-)
