I just saw where someone had wrote about the crime in and around the High falls state park area well , I would like to take a moment and mention the Dollar General store that is there . I am not trying to get anyone Mad but ,it is disgusting !!! I hate to even go in there it’s so cluttered and nasty .I have seen drink cans and food bags opened and left on the shelf’s and you could tell that they had been there for awhile . There was a Blue and white large thermos on what was first the Thanksgiving then Christmas isle that was covered in what looked to be coke a cola and it sat there for two months and is probably still there . The last time I was there was Christmas eve and not only was it filthy but the cash register’s were not working right either .Had to wait in line for 30 min.[ and I was third in line] as the two check out girls took turns trying to run transactions for customers [debt and credit cards] because if they did them at the same time they would reject them . I have called the main office and complained then they got me in touch with the store owner/manager but nothing has changed .It is a disgrace and a shame ! ! ! !
