I just sent Fox 2 a private message with my thoughts on the Rex interview... I was so disappointed to see the news story on Rex Sinquefeld last night. I am a teacher and it seems all we have done is fight this man and the money he throws at education reform. If hes so in tune with education and what needs to be done, where are his education credentials?! How many public school classrooms has he stepped into?! All this man does is throw money towards causes and politicians that would keep him from having to pay more money in taxes. The story didnt mention he was the one behind Amendment 3 and has now backed away from the campaign to have it passed. So now educators all over the state are focused on making sure that doesnt become an Amendment and spending even more of our FREE time and family time fighting for our students. I truly hope Fox 2 shows the other side to this story... Im not very optimistic about that happening before Tuesday, so maybe Ill just have to send the idea to your competitors...
