I just spent my Saturday morning at Community SERVE Day with my church, helping teachers get their school ready for the new year ! I worked in a first grade classroom and I had totally forgotten how much work is involved in organizing for the new year ! I have the utmost respect for those dedicated individuals who are preparing to have everything in place when they meet with 20 something children on the day after Labor Day. Most of the teachers also had to change classrooms this year ! Kudos to Sarah Adkinson and all her colleagues at Maywood Hills Elementary !
