I just started doing this move as part of my #p90 workout. My form is not great but I really wanted to share this with you all since I think its a kick-ass move that works you HARD. I love moves that strengthen my core through balance. To modify this move you can put your foot down between transitions from the squat to standing, and you can also do a lower kick.
