I just started experiencing one of the side effects of the chemotherapy, extreme sensitivity to cold in my mouth and lips. I took a drink of water and it felt like my lips were freezing to death. So I got some warm water and put it on them. Did the salt baking soda and warm water rinse off my mouth and lips to prevent sores yuck horrible taste. I guess it will be room temperature in lukewarm beverages for a while as a suggested. At least I like coffee and hot tea because I can have those.
