As his boss, I do now. Yes, Charlie. “We need decisive leadership and action.” On that we agree. And nothing else, on this subject. You and President Obama both miss the boat, but you sound like you are ready to grab a light saber and charge in there yourself. Have at it. Just leave my family out of your #EndlessWar. 1984; we are living it. More imaginary money backed by our commitment that the not-yet-born will pay. Somehow, someday. If these billions were deducted from the budget, such insane expenditures would require a clear war tax be called for, voted on, and paid for NOW. THEN we would see about our gusto to fight some entity most of the world and America had not even heard of until a couple weeks ago, who are - nonetheless - poised to take control of a third of Earths population...unless we act immediately, with no debate or planning. Dont forget: we are still fighting Putin (who?) for the Ukraine (where?), or at least sending them a billion bucks. Not to be confused with the $225M we just sent Israel on top of the $3.5B we send them each year. You know: to build Iron Dome, or whatever (huh?).
