I just talked to a gentleman that owned a convienent store. He told me that a man from his store won $180,000 in the lottery. A year went by and this man came back into the store and told the guy that he spent all the money, was out of a job and owed the government money, that he was in more debt than ever before. This I find fascinating, because it shows that money in itself is not the answer to security or happiness. That common saying that I hear often is When I am making more money than...... People go their whole life stressing about money and when they get it, they spend it foolishly or they are never satisfied. The point of this message is this... Become wealthy now! Mentally, by being thankful for what you do have as well as find a passion, because when you do make money you will be more grounded and youll realize that you will still do the same things when you have money, you can just do more of it! Last thing, if you are constantly struggling, stressing and worrying about money, and to get a whole bunch of it like this man did, most likely you will get back to the same level of comfort that you are use too. Being broke. Money is not going to make you wealthy, your mindset will! On the other hand long term financial success comes from developed skills on handing money. To wrap it up, learn money, save money, get comfortable talking about money, visualize it, and get close to it, so when you do have your financial breakthrough it is not a surprise and it is not that overwhelming to handle. Second become wealthy in your mind by having a passion and appreciating what you do have right now! Have an abundant day everyone!
