I just thought Id let yall know that I started a part-time position today that I had been taking test for over the past week. Im now doing corporate transcription for a company, but I get to work from home. It just involves downloading an audio file, typing out the conference calls, etc., proofreading, and then uploading the completed document. My favorite part of the job, so far, is that I use software for the recordings that will slow the speech of the person but doesnt really alter the sound. So, basically it feels like Im listening to recovering stroke patients whove finally located the liquor cabinet.
