I just want to explain deposits a little bit to everyone. I take deposits to hold your spot, these are non refundable. If you decide not to show or cancel, then I am out a session, and could have had somebody else booked in for that session. This is not a hobby for me, this is my job and for me to be able to keep running my business, there is a certain amount of sessions and sales I need to do each month to make it worth doing. Therefore if you book me and give me your deposit and then you cancel, I am sorry but you forfeit your deposit (now if it is weather related that is a completely different situation). I dont want this to sound harsh, but when I have a waiting list for people, and am having a really hard time fitting everyone in I have to make sure people are showing to their appointments, this includes to the right time when the session is booked. If I am able to fill the spot, then I have no problem returning the deposit. Hope this helps clear a few things up.
